Quick troubleshooting
- Restart the app and try the same workflow again.
- Check that the PDF is not password protected.
- Confirm there is enough storage space on your device.
- Update to the latest app version from the App Store.

Subscriptions
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
To restore purchases inside the app, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases.
