PDF Fixer is designed to process PDF files on your device. We do not upload your PDF content to our servers for core merge, split, or reorder actions.

- Basic app diagnostics and crash data (if enabled by Apple settings).
- Purchase status from Apple to unlock Pro features.
- Support messages you send to us by email.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Payments and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
5. Data retention
We keep support communications only as long as needed to respond and comply with legal obligations.
